About me

From HM Forces to software development to engineering leadership, my journey has always been about growth through resilience, curiosity, and service.

After teaching myself programming and building industry software alongside my father, I accelerated my tech career from developer to engineering manager — focusing less on technical tasks and more on enabling others to thrive.

Today, through iMAGnexus, I help tech professionals master the leadership and communication skills that drive real career growth — and guide small teams in adopting AI tools to future-proof their success

My Mission

I believe that true leadership goes beyond technical prowess. While technical skills are ever-evolving and crucial, it's the often-overlooked soft skills that truly make a difference. My mission is to empower senior tech roles with the essential leadership abilities that foster innovation, collaboration, and growth.

Why Soft Skills Matter

In the fast-paced world of technology, the focus has always leaned heavily on mastering the latest tools, languages, and methodologies. However, leadership excellence requires more than just technical know-how.
